V Discussion Questions / Topics (based on the indicated scriptures)
Scripture taken from the HOLY BIBLE, NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION (NIV) Copyright © 1973, 1978, 1984 International Bible Society. Used by permission of Zondervan Bible Publishers.
* Question 1
Can you think of a time when you learned something profound about God and our walk from a "pagan"- someone who seeks God in a general way?  Children or unsaved coworkers for example...
V Question 2
We have an impact on those who seek after God in ways we don't know.  Daniel's impact on those around him could have led to the Magi seeking after the king of the Jews, hundreds of years later.
* What way can you impact people with our outlook on our savior?
* We talked about having a Christmas morning evangelism.  Being excited naturally about the gift we have been given, like children are on Christmas morning... How does that look or should it look in our lives?
* Question 3
Christmas is a time of family and traditions.  It can be a central place where our family traditions can conflict with those of our parents.  For example the emphasis of gifts for our kids from Grandparents.  How do we maintain our focus on Christ in our family or our way of celebrating in the context of family that may not see things as we do?
V Witnessing Activities
1John 4:7-13

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
V Allow God to give himself to you.
* Take some time to let God speak to you.
* Write down what comes to mind as you listen.
* If you feel unsure of what you heard, ask someone to help you.
V Decide to be a channel of God's blessing to others.
* Is there anyone that you could be a blessing to this coming week? Tell your life group and get a partner to help you if necessary.
