* In all things God works for the good of those who love him. Has God worked out any difficult situations for your good recently? Discuss.
* How is your prayer life? How does it reflect your love for God? How does it reflect your being "called according to his purpose"?
* Those God foreknew he predestined to become like Jesus. How is this working out for you? Is your prayer life making a difference in this area?
* Have you been worrying about anything that you think might separate you from God? If so, how does this passage affect those worries?
