Jesus said if he hold to his teaching we're his disciples then we will know the truth and the truth will set us free John 8:32
We need to have a "three-way-mirror experience"
We should confront ourselves with truth and practice the characteristics of love - be patient with ourselves (cleaning and straightening example)
